PRIVACY POLICY

1) INTRODUCTION

This document describes how the website https://www.abyachts.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The Website is managed by Next Yacht Group S.r.l., with registered office at Lungocanale Palombari dell’Artiglio 41, 55049 Viareggio (LU), Italy (hereinafter also referred to as “Next Yacht Group”).

When you browse our Website, interact with us, or use our services (“Services”), we may collect personal information and data relating to you. This Privacy Policy constitutes the information provided under Articles 13 et seq. of the GDPR and national data protection laws, and applies exclusively to this Website and to data processing carried out by Next Yacht Group, as described in section 2. Any third-party websites linked on this Website are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

3) WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

Browsing Data: The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This processing is based on the performance of a contract or to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Failure to provide your data may prevent us from responding to your request. Next Yacht Group is the data controller for this purpose.
